How It Works

Ready to join The Intensive Weekender? Here’s how it works:

1. Purchase Your Pass: Choose the pass that fits your weekend plans. All passes go on sale Wednesday, 29th April. Make sure you snag your pass as soon as they’re released as there are limited available.

2. Plan Your Weekend: Consider your energy levels and how many workshops you can realistically attend. We want everyone to have an amazing experience, and we don’t want anyone to miss out because they’re too exhausted.

3. Book Your Workshops: Once you have your pass, you can start booking your workshops. We recommend booking your classes as soon as you have your pass. Be sure to check the schedule on our website beforehand and plan which workshops you want to attend. Remember, spaces are limited and bookings are final – so choose wisely!

4. Act Fast: To make the most of your pass, book your workshops as soon as you can. This ensures you get into the sessions you’re most excited about and helps us keep the event running smoothly for everyone. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have booked all of your classes in time.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure a fantastic, action-packed weekend at Inversion Pole & Aerial Fitness. We can’t wait to see you there!

DONT FORGET – All attendees get a FREE space on the Stretch, Restore, Relax session at the end of the day (3.10pm both days). This session is a brilliant way to end the day. All about soothing any aches and pains and ensuring you’re fully recovered before you leave

Meet The Instructors - 2026

Quinta

Quinta started pole at 18 in Hong Kong, with no dance training before, she has grown to be one of the most sensational movers, with her choreos being full of slow and intentional slink. Quinta is also a Chartered Physiotherapist, with an interest in flexibility training (she’s a bendy Queen), meaning her flex sessions are out of this world!

Sarah

“I’m an aerial hoop instructor , I’ve been doing hoop for 10 years, I love all hoop movements but my specialised area is strength and dynamics.
My favourite part of teaching though is empowering and getting your best out of you”

Jade

Jade is the QUEEN of flow, connecting moves and transitions so seamlessly you will be mesmerised. Join Jade for her FIRST ever workshop, teaching you how to bring fluidity to your movements, apply flow technique to moves you can already do, to make them look floaty and smooth.

Foxie

Your slinky, fierce and delightful Burlesque Queen. Foxie covers burlesque, martini and dance classes, all about bringing out your fierce and confident self. You’ll love what she has to offer!

Lorna

Lorna is an incredibly talented multi skilled instructor and performer, she has spent the last few years teaching aerial at Camp USA, leading their aerial programme and travelled to some of the most well known studios in Australia to teach! Expect delightful shapes, combos and choreo from this multi skilled queen!

Von

Von is our resident beast! All strength and flowing combos, watching her on equipment is always a treat. A pure icon of transitions, she is the perfect person to take you through the wonderful discipline of Pole Strap. Expect floating and interesting combos, all with the pole strap making bigger moves more achievable, and everything feeling like flying

Liia

“Hi, my name is Liia and my pole journey begun back in May 2022 after watching and being inspired by the “Pour it Up” music video by Rihanna. I started teaching and became a Xpert pole and Flexibility instructor in June 2025. I love everything involving splits and creating a combination of moves up the pole and make it look flawless. Other hobbies of mine include cycling, running and traveling!”

Niki

“I’ve been training pole and aerial since 2016, focusing more on my aerial training and teaching in the last few years. I love all things aerial, and I’m always keen to try new weird and wonderful aerial equipment. Recently my training focuses around flow and movement fluidity and that is reflected in my teaching.”

You can join Niki for chains plus alongside her husband Gabor for doubles hoop and Partner acro

Gabor is one of our resident straps instructors, he has experience is so many disciplines its difficult to list them all, but they include; Aerial Hoop, Aerial Straps, Acro, silks, even Parkour! But straps is easily his favourite. With this amazing variety of skills, Gabor has all the skills and techniques to help you with your flips, (his intro to front flips workshops are INCREDIBLY popular). You can also join Gabor and his Wife Niki for doubles hoop and Partner acro

(please note the picture attached is rigged from a portable aerial rig, not a tree!)

Testimonials

Incredible friendly teachers, incredible studio and an incredible time! I cant recommend inversion enough for beginners and advanced polers and aerialists alike!!

Sophie

So much fun! It doesn't feel like exercise, it's like a weekly meet up with a bunch of fab people

Lucy

Honestly only have good things to say! I started as a complete beginner but felt so comfortable in class, there is such a friendly atmosphere and the teachers are amazing. I always look forward to lessons

Beth

Super friendly place, also lots and lots of fun! My upper body strength and posture has increased so much in just 5 weeks! I'm loving it

Danielle

Joining was one of the best things I’ve done! Everyone’s sooo supportive and helpful.

Vicky

Inversion is fantastic, the instructors are brilliant and have a laugh with you whist also pushing you to the best of your ability. Doing pole has made me so much more confident with my body after struggling for years.

Lucy

Came as a nervous beginner with no fitness background what so ever. Everyone is so supportive and every class is a lot of fun! The instructors make you feel so welcomed and the atmosphere is just great!

Ying

Going to classes here is the best part of my day. The teachers are all so supportive and uplifting, the community and atmosphere has helped me with my confidence so much. A year ago I felt quite timid and unsure of myself, but now, not only am I more confident in my body but I have gained so much physical strength, I'm in the best shape I've ever been. My flexibility has also seen a dramatic improvement, one stretch class a week for 9 months got me flat splits! That's insane! Would so highly recommend, you'll not regret it at all

Antonia

Amazing instructors - incredibly helpful and supportive, the community of fellow students are fun and every time I look forward to the lessons. 10/10 don't think I ever want to move studios!

Kasia

I have been attending Inversion Pole Fitness for almost 2 years now and it has honestly become one of my favorite places to be! The staff couldn't be anymore supportive and welcoming, it feels like a mini family. I gave pole a try as something fun and it was so much better than I thought, I now also do pole dance. I have achieved so much more than I ever imagined and I am sure I will be around for many more years to come! I have already recommended classes to friends (who now also love it!) and would 100% recommend anyone to attend! All abilities, ages and people are welcome!

Ashlea

Honestly just amazing! It's so much fun (but super challenging) in such a supportive environment. The instructors are so so great and it's crazy how much my confidence and ability has grown in just a few months. Absolutely try it, you won't regret it!

Elsa

Inversion is more than a studio; the community they have developed extends beyond pole and aerial. The whole ethos and values base of Inversion is one of inclusivity, and embracing diversity and difference. From the moment I stepped foot into their space I knew I had made the right decision. I was welcomed, as were all the students and we all were treated with the same respect, dignity and encouragement. I made lifelong friends from that first night. What’s more, My pole and fitness and flexibility has been enhanced beyond my wildest dreams.

Anne

I highly recommend Inversion Lancaster. They're such a welcoming and supportive community. Classes have such a lovely atmosphere, very supportive and encouraging. They provide a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone to learn, evolve and progress. They are passionate and genuine teachers who love seeing their students achieve.

Sarah

I have multiple health conditions which Inversion staff have gone above and beyond to understand and recognise my limitations. They are always ready with an adaption or alternative, or even just encouragement. I have tried various other fitness classes over the years and always struggled, feeling left behind and left out because sometimes, my body holds me back. That is something I have never experienced with Inversion. They are able to pride themselves on inclusion as that is what they do. Training with Inversion has helped me recognise and take pride in what I can do, instead of what I cannot.

Retreats

You can now holiday with Inversion Pole Fitness! Why not join us on an Inversion Pole and Aerial Retreat?! We run 3 night stay retreats for around 6 students at private luxury lodges… complete with hot-tubs! (All abilities welcome, from beginner through to advanced). During your stay you will take part in tailored workshops, ranging from lollipop and pole to dance and Hoop. Depending on what you would like as a group! You will also recieve prosecco on arrival, a goodie bag and again… use of PRIVATE HOT TUB all weekend! All workshops take place at a spacious local venue using our freestanding equipment OR our studio in lancaster (depending on the retreat you choose to book) All workshops will be instructed by Inversion Founder Lucy Webster, Ginigie (aka Jess), co- owner of Inversion or a specialist instructor that we invite to teach. (previous years have included aerial moon, aerial heart and even chains!). The beauty of this retreat is the fact that it is such a small group attending, with around only 6 students and at least 2 instructors, students can have classes tailored to their needs and more support and attention during classes. And what a beautiful setting to learn in too! If you are interested, join our mailing list below to be the first to hear about upcoming retreats.

Please note: To secure a place, a non refundable deposit is required on booking, followed by either full payment or a series of instalments spread over the lead up to the retreat, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before.
