I started pole 4 years ago as a way of exercising that wasn’t focused around the gym and it being something I’d always wanted to try. When I started I had no strength and no flexibility but over time pole has built these skills up and now backbends and strong moves are my go tos!

I placed 1st in Semi-Pro at NUPDC and created the 3rd place group routine at NUPDC to two classic/prog rock songs which has been my stepping stone into performance! Pole is right for everyone and every body, it’s a matter of figuring out how it works for you through practice, which personally I find a lot more interesting than repeating exercises in the gym
