Inversion’s stretch and flex course aims to improve overall body flexibility through a variety of strengthening and stretching techniques.
Each class will alternate between upper body and lower body stretching. Upper body classes will focus on increasing back and shoulder flexibility whilst lower body classes will target the legs and hips working towards front and middle splits. A variety of stretching techniques will be used throughout the course including static, PNF, dynamic and partner assisted stretches to keep flexibility training stimulating and effective. Benefits of participating in regular flexibility training include; increased blood circulation, reduced muscle soreness and strains caused by physical activity and improved physical performance.

Price: 5 Week Stretch and Flex Courses are £25. Or you can pay as you go for £6 per class
